Refund policy
Since we're a growing, community-led business, our pieces are made to order. This means we can struggle to offer returns or exchanges.
We do, however, have a Damage Protection guarantee and a Product Quality guarantee. If you have issues with an order, please contact us ASAP at hq@garageandgallery.com with your name and order number and we'll aim to resolve your issue as swiftly as possible.
Any returns accepted outside of this guarantee will be subject to our 14 day return policy. Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer and a restocking fee of 5% will be charged.
